I am a Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and have worked in this field for over 20 years. I help clients take a closer look at their own issues and behaviours. When you understand the reasons behind your concerns, you gain stronger personal insights and understandings about who you are and why you behave in certain ways. This insight leads to newer perspectives that in turn lead to better choices.
